Source and present qualified candidates that meet your criteria
Conduct initial screening and coordinate introductions
Support onboarding and offer a replacement if needed (within agreed timeframes)
Manage compliance and payroll via trusted partners such as Deel
 
4. Payments & Fees
Payment terms are outlined in your individual client agreement. Late payments may lead to delays or suspension of service.

 
5. Cancellations & Refunds
You may cancel your engagement at any time with written notice. While our standard policy does not offer refunds or credits, we may consider requests on a case-by-case basis.

 
6. Limitation of Liability
First Connect Global is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including any loss of revenue or business opportunities related to our services.

 
7. Intellectual Property
